Privacy Policy — Brain Work

Last updated: June 14, 2026

Brain Work ("the app", "we", "us") is a memory-training game published by Oumari. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices you have. By using Brain Work you agree to the practices described here.

We built Brain Work to be privacy-friendly: you do not create an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or any other personal contact information. The app does not include analytics, tracking, or advertising.

1. Information We Handle

a) Information stored only on your device

Your game data — best scores, level reached, streaks, accuracy and other stats, achievements, daily-challenge progress, and your settings (sound effects, music, haptics, theme, and accessibility options) — is saved locally on your device. It is never uploaded to us and is not associated with your identity. If you uninstall the app, this data is removed from your device.

b) Analytics and tracking

None. Brain Work does not use Firebase, Google Analytics, advertising IDs, or any other analytics or tracking service. We do not collect usage data, and there is no randomly generated tracking identifier.

c) Information we do NOT collect

We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise or approximate location, microphone, or camera data. Brain Work requests no such permissions.

2. How We Use Information

Brain Work uses the on-device data described above solely to:

  • Operate the game and save your progress, scores, and settings on your device.

We do not transmit this information off your device, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.

3. Third-Party Services

Brain Work does not integrate any third-party service that collects your personal data. The app does not display third-party ads and does not include in-app purchases.

Note: depending on the build, the app may load its typefaces (fonts) from Google's font service the first time they are needed, which involves a standard network request to Google that includes your device's IP address. This is used only to render text and is governed by Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy). No game or personal data is sent in this request.

4. Data Retention

Locally stored game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app, at which point it is deleted. Because we do not collect or upload any of your data, there is nothing for us to retain on our side.

5. Children's Privacy

Brain Work is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Because the app requires no account and collects no personal contact information, it does not build personal profiles of any user.

6. Your Choices

  • Uninstall: Removing the app deletes all locally stored game data.
  • Device privacy controls: You can manage advertising and tracking identifiers at the system level (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads), although Brain Work does not use them.

7. International Users

The app is offered worldwide. Because Brain Work does not collect or transmit personal data, no personal information is processed across borders by us.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
