1. Introduction

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Kashafnak Al3ab ("the App") handles your data. The App is a social party-game platform. Games are played together on a single host device, with optional online multiplayer where players join a shared game room.

We collect as little data as possible. We do not ask for your real name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, or camera access.

2. Anonymous Account

To run the App, we create an anonymous account for your device through Firebase Authentication. This account:

  • Is identified only by a randomly generated ID.
  • Contains no personal information (no name, email, or phone number).
  • Is used solely to sync your Pro purchase status and to associate anonymous usage analytics with a device.

You are never asked to register, log in, or provide any personal credentials.

3. Online Multiplayer Game Data

When you host or join an online game room, the following is sent to and temporarily stored on our servers (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore) only to run the shared game in real time:

  • The display name (nickname) you type for the round. This is whatever you choose to enter — it does not need to be your real name.
  • Your in-game choices and round state (e.g., votes, the current question or word, scores).

This game data is transient: it exists only to power the live session and is removed when the game ends or shortly after. We do not build user profiles from it.

4. Analytics

The App uses Firebase Analytics to collect anonymous usage data, which includes:

  • Default Firebase Analytics behaviors and automatic events (e.g., app launches, screen views, device model, language, and general region).
  • Custom game-related events (e.g., a game opened, a round started, a category used, a purchase screen shown).

Firebase Analytics helps us understand app performance and improve gameplay. We do not collect personally identifiable information, and we do not use advertising services. You can limit analytics collection through your device's privacy settings.

5. In-App Purchases

The App offers a one-time "Pro" unlock via in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store / Google Play and managed through RevenueCat. These services receive the transaction and receipt data needed to verify your purchase, associated with your anonymous account ID.

We never receive or store your payment card details.

6. Local Storage

Your app preferences (such as sound and haptics settings and your unlock status) are stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the App removes this local data.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Online game data is temporary and is automatically removed after a session ends.
  • Local data is deleted when you uninstall the App.
  • To request deletion of your anonymous account or associated data, contact us at the email below and we will process your request.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Analytics data remains anonymous, and no personal data is transmitted to us.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its own privacy policy:

  • Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • RevenueCat (purchase management) — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
  • Apple App Store / Google Play (distribution and payments) — may also collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostics.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last Updated" date above.

١. مقدمة

نحن نحترم خصوصيتك. توضّح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق "كشفناك ألعاب" ("التطبيق") مع بياناتك. التطبيق منصّة ألعاب جماعية اجتماعية. تُلعب الألعاب معاً على جهاز مضيف واحد، مع خيار اللعب الجماعي عبر الإنترنت حيث ينضمّ اللاعبون إلى غرفة لعب مشتركة.

نجمع أقل قدر ممكن من البيانات. نحن لا نطلب اسمك الحقيقي، أو بريدك الإلكتروني، أو رقم هاتفك، أو موقعك، أو جهات اتصالك، أو صورك، أو الوصول إلى الكاميرا.

٢. الحساب المجهول

لتشغيل التطبيق، ننشئ حساباً مجهولاً لجهازك عبر خدمة Firebase Authentication. هذا الحساب:

  • يُعرَّف فقط برقم تعريفي عشوائي.
  • لا يحتوي على أي معلومات شخصية (لا اسم ولا بريد إلكتروني ولا رقم هاتف).
  • يُستخدم فقط لمزامنة حالة اشتراك "برو" الخاص بك، ولربط بيانات الاستخدام المجهولة بالجهاز.

لا يُطلب منك أبداً التسجيل أو تسجيل الدخول أو تقديم أي بيانات اعتماد شخصية.

٣. بيانات اللعب الجماعي عبر الإنترنت

عند إنشاء غرفة لعب أو الانضمام إليها عبر الإنترنت، يتم إرسال ما يلي وتخزينه مؤقتاً على خوادمنا (Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore) فقط لتشغيل اللعبة المشتركة في الوقت الحقيقي:

  • الاسم المعروض (اللقب) الذي تكتبه للجولة. وهو ما تختار إدخاله أنت — ولا يلزم أن يكون اسمك الحقيقي.
  • اختياراتك داخل اللعبة وحالة الجولة (مثل التصويتات، والسؤال أو الكلمة الحالية، والنقاط).

بيانات اللعب هذه مؤقتة: توجد فقط لتشغيل الجلسة المباشرة، وتُحذف عند انتهاء اللعبة أو بعدها بقليل. ولا نُنشئ منها ملفات تعريف للمستخدمين.

٤. التحليلات

يستخدم التطبيق Firebase Analytics لجمع بيانات استخدام مجهولة المصدر، وتشمل:

  • السلوكيات الافتراضية والأحداث التلقائية الخاصة بخدمة Firebase Analytics (مثل فتح التطبيق، وعرض الشاشات، وطراز الجهاز، واللغة، والمنطقة العامة).
  • أحداث مخصّصة متعلقة باللعب (مثل فتح لعبة، وبدء جولة، واستخدام فئة، وعرض شاشة الشراء).

تساعدنا هذه البيانات في فهم أداء التطبيق وتحسين تجربة اللعب. نحن لا نجمع معلومات شخصية يمكن التعرّف عليها، ولا نستخدم أي خدمات إعلانية. يمكنك الحدّ من جمع التحليلات عبر إعدادات الخصوصية في جهازك.

٥. عمليات الشراء داخل التطبيق

يوفّر التطبيق فتح ميزة "برو" عبر عملية شراء واحدة داخل التطبيق. تتم معالجة المشتريات عبر متجر Apple App Store / Google Play وتُدار من خلال RevenueCat. تتلقّى هذه الخدمات بيانات المعاملة والإيصال اللازمة للتحقق من عملية الشراء، مرتبطةً برقم حسابك المجهول.

نحن لا نتلقّى أو نخزّن أبداً بيانات بطاقتك البنكية.

٦. التخزين المحلي

تُحفظ تفضيلاتك في التطبيق (مثل إعدادات الصوت والاهتزاز وحالة فتح الميزات) محلياً على جهازك. ويؤدي حذف التطبيق إلى إزالة هذه البيانات المحلية.

٧. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

  • بيانات اللعب عبر الإنترنت مؤقتة وتُزال تلقائياً بعد انتهاء الجلسة.
  • البيانات المحلية تُحذف عند حذفك للتطبيق.
  • لطلب حذف حسابك المجهول أو البيانات المرتبطة به، تواصل معنا عبر البريد الإلكتروني أدناه وسنعالج طلبك.

٨. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه للأطفال دون سنّ ١٣ عاماً. ولا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. تبقى بيانات التحليلات مجهولة ولا يتم إرسال أي بيانات شخصية إلينا.

٩. خدمات الطرف الثالث

يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات الطرف الثالث التالية، وكلٌّ منها يخضع لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة به:

  • Google Firebase (المصادقة، Cloud Firestore، التحليلات) — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
  • RevenueCat (إدارة المشتريات) — https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
  • Apple App Store / Google Play (التوزيع والمدفوعات) — قد تجمع أيضاً تقارير أعطال وبيانات تشخيصية مجهولة المصدر.
