1. Introduction

We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how Kashafnak ("the App") handles your data. The App is a local multiplayer party game that functions primarily offline. It is free to play and supported by advertising, with an optional paid premium upgrade.

2. Camera and Photo Library Usage

The App requests access to your Camera and Photo Library only for:

Custom Categories: To let you create your own categories and assign custom images to words.

3. Data Storage and Retention

Local Storage: Any images you capture or upload remain stored locally on your device.
No Server Uploads: We do not upload, transfer, or store your photos or game content on our servers.
Deletion: Removing a category or uninstalling the App permanently deletes its related data from your device.

4. Face Data

The App does not collect or process biometric data. Photos containing faces are treated as simple image files. No facial recognition is used.

5. Advertising and Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Google AdMob (Advertising)

We display ads through Google AdMob to support the free version of the App. Depending on your choices:

On iOS, we ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you select "Ask App Not to Track," we request non-personalized ads only, and no data is used to track you across other companies' apps and websites.
In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, we show a consent form (via Google's User Messaging Platform). Your choices there determine whether ads are personalized. You can change your choice anytime from Settings → Privacy Settings inside the App.
When you consent to personalized ads, Google and its advertising partners may collect and process device identifiers, cookies, and approximate location to serve and measure ads. Learn more in Google's Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

Firebase Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data (e.g., app launches, screen views, device information, game rounds played, category usage) to understand performance and improve gameplay. We do not use this to identify you personally.

RevenueCat (Purchases)

If you make an in-app purchase, we use RevenueCat to process and validate your subscription/purchase status. This involves anonymous purchase identifiers and transaction data.

In addition, the App Store and Google Play may collect anonymous crash reports and diagnostics.

6. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. Because the App displays third-party advertising, we do not knowingly direct personalized advertising to children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will address it.

7. Your Choices and Consent

Tracking (iOS): You control tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and can change it anytime in your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Ad Consent (EEA/UK/Switzerland): You can review or withdraw your advertising consent anytime from Settings → Privacy Settings inside the App.

By using the App, you consent to this Privacy Policy.

٢. استخدام الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور

يطلب التطبيق الإذن للوصول إلى الكاميرا ومكتبة الصور فقط من أجل:

الفئات المخصصة: لإنشاء فئاتك الخاصة وإضافة صور من اختيارك للكلمات.

٣. تخزين البيانات والحذف

تخزين محلي: يتم حفظ جميع الصور التي تلتقطها أو ترفعها محلياً على جهازك فقط.
لا يوجد رفع للبيانات: لا نقوم برفع أو نقل أو تخزين أي صور أو محتوى لعبة على خوادمنا.
الحذف: حذف فئة أو حذف التطبيق يؤدي إلى حذف بياناتها نهائياً من جهازك.

٤. بيانات الوجه

لا يقوم التطبيق بجمع أو معالجة بيانات بيومترية. الصور التي تحتوي على وجوه تُعامل كملفات صور عادية فقط. لا نستخدم أي تقنية للتعرف على الوجوه.
